Windows 10’s Latest Patch Breaks OneDrive – But a Fix Is Coming

Some Windows 10 users found that OneDrive was broken after installing the latest round of patches for the operating system, and Microsoft has now confirmed this issue.

As Neowin (opens in new tab) detected, the issue was caused by the October patch for Windows 10, KB5018410, released a few weeks ago. OneDrive and OneDrive for Business users may be affected (with various reports (opens in new tab) bugbear manifesting itself on Windows 10 21H2 and 22H2 installations and disappearing when the patch is uninstalled).
